Adding users

You can add several different types of users to your Nubitalk. Depending on the type of user, the method can differ. The available user in Nubitalk are:

  • Administrators/Tenants
  • Supervisors
  • Monitors
  • Agents

Adding Administrators, Supervisors or Monitors

To add an Administrator or a Supervisor or a Monitor:

  1. In the Nubitalk homepage, click in Account
  2. Inside Account, click Users
  3. Click to add a new user
  4. The new user form will appear. Fill it, accordingly, selecting the type of user in the Role drop-down menu:

  5. Click +new to confirm the user creation
  6. The user will now appear in the user list:
