It should be possible for an admin/supervisor to configure the order on which the extensions will ring inside a Hunting Group of type "One after the other"
 
Product Changes
It is now possible for an admin/supervisor to configure the order in which the extensions will ring inside a Hunting Group of type "One after the other".
  • Up/down arrows were added in group-extension relation step, allowing the user to set the ringing order on "One after the other" group types. This can still be done by dragging and dropping extensions from the Available list into the Assigned list, or by clicking the >> button which moves all the extensions at once. 
  • When the ring strategy is altered to "One after the other", an informative message is displayed when arranging the extensions letting the user know that "The sequence of assigned extensions will determine the incoming calls ringing order."
  • The extension's ringing order can also be consulted when expanding the group's accordion on Group List (home → manage → office phone → group list)
  • When upgrading tenants from previous versions, extensions from hunting groups (with a ring strategy one after the other) will now ring as intended, one after another by order.

It should be possible for any admin/supervisor to create hunting groups of type Pickup. 
This groups have no Inbound funcionality (e.g. no DDI association);
A Pick-up hunting group is a group of extensions that can pick calls from one another, it does not work like other types of groups. This should be consider as a "control group".
It is not possible to configure DDI's, routing types, voicemail, shortnumbers.
It meerly consists of a name and an association to a set of extensions.

Product Changes
Users can now find a new type of group in group configuration wizards: Pick-up group.
This group works as an aggregation of extensions, and it allows them to pick up calls from one another.
It presents no inbound functionalities.

Title
Create convergent extension not working when only convergent extension licenses are available

Detailed Information
When a client that has only convergent extension licenses, tries to create an extension, the convergent extension radio button shows checked by default, as it should, but the wizard steps shown are from the other extension types.

Reproduction Steps
1. Login as a tenant admin.
2. Make sure you have only convergent extension licenses (no other extension licenses)
3. Go to extension configuration
4. Check that the Convergent Extension radio button is checked but the wizard steps shown are from the normal extension configurations.

Title
Invalid warning message upon Payment Method Switch

When the sysadmin changes a tenant from Pre-paid to Post-paid, if that tenant has the warning: "We have estimated that your balance....." , that warning will still be presented , which directs the user to account balance page.

Reproduction Steps
1. Login as sysadmin
2. Change a tenant that has balance warnings and is PREPAID to POSTPAID
3. Login as that tenant
4. Verify that the warning message still appears in the user's home page

Title
Create an agent with the credentials of a physical extension is not working

Detailed Information
Creating an agent with the credentials of a physical extension is not working, due to password field that is mandatory to agent creation but it does not exists for physical extensions. 

Reproduction Steps
1. Login in nubitalk webportal as tenant admin
2. Go to manage/office phone/extensions and create a new physical extension
3. Go to manage/agents and create a new agent. In step 1, in field email, choose the same email as the physical extension recently created. -> Email, name and password are filled automatically with physical extension credentials. Password field gets blocked (grey) and is not possible to edit
4. Press save. -> Nothing happens. No modal with a failure message is shown. Agent is not created
5. Check nubitalk provisioning logs -> Error is shown due to empty password which is a mandatory field. This happens because physical extension does not have a password
