In the purchases reports area, you can see reports by purchase or for all purchases. In here you can see:
- A purchases list with overview reporting information.
- Detailed reporting for all purchases.
- Detailed reporting for each purchase.
Purchases report list - Overview
The purchases report list is available through:
- In the Nubitalk main window, click reports.
- Click billing under the billing section:
- Inside billing, click purchases:
- The purchases report list will open:
- To define a report criteria you can combine any of the following criterion:
- Select a Start date from the calendar.
- Select an End date from the calendar.
- Select a specific Product from the drop-down.
- Search for any term in the free search box.
- In the overview you have information about All Purchases or specific Purchase, for the following fields:
- Product - The product type you have purchased.
Note that the first row of the list shows information for all purchases. - License - The type of license associated with your purchase.
- Quantity - The amount of licenses purchased.
- Total - The total cost, in Euros, of the purchase.
- Export - In the export section you have 3 different exporting options for your reports:
- Click
to print a complete report for the selected agent.
- Click
to export a report as an image.
- Click
to export a report as a .CSV file.
Detailed report view for all purchases
In the purchases report list you can have access to a report detailed view. To do it:
- In the Purchases Report List, click
right next to the All Purchases EUR to see the report.
- A detailed report will appear:
- In here you have graphical representation of the reporting data. In here you can:
- Filter by products. To do it:
- Click in products. A dialog will open.
- Select the from the list, the product you want to filter by.
- Click in Apply Filter.
- Export the graphs to print, to images, or to .csv files, by clicking in

Detailed report view for a specific purchase
In the purchases report list you can have access to a report detailed view. To do it:
- In the Purchases Report List, click
right next to the Purchase that you want to see the report.
- A detailed report will appear:
