Office Phone Wallboards

Wallboards are real time monitoring tools that give you insights on your operation.

When you open the wallboards, through home -> wallboards -> office phone you will have the following wallboards available:

The overview tab displays information regarding a general state of your call center. In here you have real time information about:

  • interactions
  • logged agents
  • agents readiness
  • agents state

Extensions

The Extensions tab displays information regarding your extensions. In here you have real time information about:

  • Extension
  • Type
  • Ongoing
  • Longest Ongoing
  • Ringing

Also, you can use the search box to search for a specific group.

Groups

The Groups tab displays information regarding your office phone groups. In here you have real time information about:

  • Group
  • Type
  • Ongoing
  • Ringing
  • Queued
  • Longest Queued

Also, you can use the search box to search for a specific group.

Auto Attendants

The Auto Attendants tab displays information regarding your auto attendants. In here you have real time information about:

  • Auto Attendant
  • Type
  • Ongoing
