When you create a physical extension, you will need to provision your hardphones. To do it, you must complete the following tasks, depending if you are using a:
Configuring a Cisco/Linksys Hardphone
To configure a Cisco/Linksys phone, proceed as follow:
- Connect the phone to your network.
- In the phone, go to Setup and navigate to Network.
- Inside Network, look for the phone IP.
- Back at your computer, access to the phone IP through your browser.
- If required, login in the phone administration page as an Admin.
- Inside the admin page, click in advanced.
- In the advanced mode, select the Provisioning tab.
- In the Provisioning tab, fill in the Profile Rule with the following:
- Profile Rule - [--key "ysftHTXYazM8ZrB9"]http://www.nubitalk.com/OnePBXWebService/General/$MA.xml
- In the Transport Protocol, select http.
- Click Submit All Changes and then reboot your phone.
- Access again your phone Administration page, by typing the phone IP in your browser.
- Check if the Profile Rule changed to [--key "new generated key"]http://www.nubitalk.com/OnePBXWebService/Config/Client[ID]/$MA.xml
where the [ID] is your client id. - If so, click Submit All Changes.
- Reboot your phone again to finish the configuration.
Configuring a Yealink Hardphone
To configure a Yealink phone, proceed as follow:
- Connect the phone to your network.
- In the phone, go to Menu and select Status.
- Inside Status, look for the phone IP.
- Back at your computer, access to the phone IP through your browser.
- The phone administration page will require credentials. Enter the following:
- user: admin
- pass: admin
- Inside the phone administration window, select Settings.
- Inside Settings, select Auto Provision.
- In the Auto Provision window fill in the following fields:
- Server URL - http://www.nubitalk.com/OnePBXWebService/General/
- MAC-Oriented AES Key - ysftHTXYazM8ZrB9
- Click Autoprovision Now.
- Check if the Server URL changed to http://www.nubitalk.com/OnePBXWebService/Config/Client9999/
where Client9999 is your client ID. - If the Server URL is correct, click Autoprovision Now, again to finish the provisioning.
Configuring a Grandstream Hardphone
To configure a Grandstream phone, proceed as follow:
- Connect the phone to your network.
- In the phone, go to Menu, select Status and then select Network status.
- Inside Network status, take note of the IP value.
- Back at your computer, access to the phone IP through your browser.
- The phone administration page will require credentials. Enter the default Admin credentials.
- Inside the phone administration window, select Maintenance and then select Upgrade and Provisioning:
- In the Upgrade and Provisioning window, configure the following fields:
- On Config > Config Upgrade via, select HTTP.
- On Config > Config Server Path, insert www.nubitalk.com/OnePBXWebService/General.
- Click Save and Apply.
- Click Reboot on the top side of the screen and click OK, to confirm, on the pop-up window.
- After rebooting, a pop-up window appears:
- Click Start to proceed and finish the provisioning.
Configuring a Polycom Hardphone
To configure a Polycom phone, proceed as follow:
- Connect the phone to your network.
- In the phone, go to Menu, select Status and then select Network parameters.
- Inside Network parameters, select TCP/IP. Take note of the IP value.
- Back at your computer, access to the phone IP through your browser.
- The phone administration page will require credentials. Enter the default Admin credentials.
- Inside the phone administration window, select Settings and then select Provisioning Server:
- In the Provisioning Server window, configure the following fields:
- Server Type - HTTP
- Server Address - www.nubitalk.com/OnePBXWebService/General
- Boot Server - Static
- Click Save to commit your changes and finish the provisioning.
Configuring a AudioCodes Hardphone
To configure a AudioCodes phone, proceed as follow:
- Connect the phone to your network.
- In the phone, go to Menu, select Status and then select Network status.
- Inside Network status, check the phone IP. Take note of the IP value.
- Back at your computer, access to the phone IP through your browser.
- The phone administration page will require credentials. Enter the default Admin credentials.
- Inside the phone administration window, select the Management tab and then select Automatic Update.
- Inside Automatic Update, select Automatic Provisioning:
- In the Automatic Provisioning window, configure the following field:
- Configuration URL - www.nubitalk.com/OnePBXWebService/General
- Configuration URL - www.nubitalk.com/OnePBXWebService/General
- Click Check Now, right next to the Configuration URL to download the provisioning configuration file.
- A popup will appear warning that there is a new configuration available. Click OK to download the new configuration file.
- Click again in the same Check Now, to do the automatic provisioning.
- Click Submit to finish the provisioning of the phone.
Configuring a Panasonic Hardphone
To configure a Panasonic phone, proceed as follow:
- Connect the phone to your network.
- In the phone, go to Menu, select System Settings > Status > IPv4 Settings > IP Address.
- Take note of the IP value.
- Go back to the main menu.
- Go to Basic Settings > Other Option > Embedded Web.
- Select on.
- Back at your computer, access to the phone IP through your browser.
- The phone administration page will require credentials. Enter the following:
- user: admin
- pass: adminpass
- Inside the phone administration window, select Maintenance.

In the Maintenance window, configure the Standard File URL www.nubitalk.com/OnePBXWebService/General/{MAC}.cfg

Click save to apply changes.
Configuring a Htek hardphone
To configure a HtekUC924/HtekUC902 phone, proceed as follow:
- Connect the phone to your network.
- In the phone, go to Menu and navigate to Status > Information.
- Inside Information, look for the phone IP.
- Back at your computer, access to the phone IP through your browser.
- If required, login in the phone administration page as an Admin.
- Inside the admin page:
- Select Yes on Account Active (mandatory).
- Insert your instance on Primary Sip Server (mandatory).
- Select the Sip Transport (mandatory).
- Insert the Sip User ID (mandatory).
- Insert the Authenticate ID (mandatory).
- Insert the Authenticate Password (mandatory).
- Click SaveSet to apply changes.
- Go to Management > Auto Provision:
- Insert the Config Server Path: www.nubitalk.com/OnePBXWebService/Config/General.
- Select Yes on Auto Upgrade.
- Select Always check For new Firmware on Upgrade Check Mode.
- Select Yes on Authenticate Cfg File.
- Insert the Set Common AES Key.
- Click SaveSet to apply changes.
- Press F5 to refresh the webpage.
- The firmware server path is filled automatically.
Configuring an Aastra/Mitel Hardphone
To configure an Aastra/Mitel phone, proceed as follow:
- Connect the phone to your network.
- On the phone, go to Options list, select Phone status and select IP&MAC Addresses.
- Inside IP&MAC Addresses take note of the IP value.
- Back at your computer, access to the phone IP through your browser.
- The phone administration page will require credentials. Enter the default Admin.
- Inside the phone administration window, select Configuration Server.
- In the Configuration Server window, configure the following fields:
- On Settings > Download protocol, select HTTP.
- On Settings > HTTP Server, insert www.nubitalk.com.
- On Settings > HTTP Path insert OnePBXWebService/Config/General.
- Click Save Settings.
- Click Reset on Operation menu.
- In Phone > Restart Phone click Restart.
- Click Ok to confirm:
- After rebooting, click Main Menu in Restarting the hardware page.
- Insert admin credentials.
- Inside the phone administration window, select Configuration Server.
- On Settings > HTTP Path ClientID is presented instead of General.
