Manage breaks and absences

Breaks and absences are used to identify the motive the agents choose to be Not Ready on a service (unavailable to take calls).

Click on Management_NotReady_button.pngto open the create not ready reason pop-up window:

On the create not ready reason pop-up window:

  • Insert the not ready reason name.
  • Click SAVE to apply.

 

Click on User_profile_actions.png to edit the not ready reason profile:

On the pop-up window:

  • Click on Edit to open the edit not ready reason pop-up window:

    • On the pop-up window:
      • Insert the not ready reason name.
      • Click SAVE to apply changes.
  • Click on Delete to delete the Not ready reason.
Note: Not ready reason's with Management_NotReady_lock.png can't be deleted.
