Manage sites

Agent sites are the actual physical/geographical locations where agents work. A physical site must be created on the OneAdmin application prior to become available on Nubitalk interface.

All configurations with bandwidth control between sites; supervisor allocations, codec selection according with the agent’s location; media servers per site and outbound dial prefixes are directly done in the GUIs of the Nubitalk and OneAdmin interfaces.

Calls preferably use local agents - typically, calls originated in the geographical area nearest to a site will be headed to that site. If there’s no agent available for a specific amount of time in the nearest site, the router will try to use agents from other sites, following a specific sequence.

This sequence is determined by the available bandwidth of each site. The more available bandwidth on a "secondary" site, the more chance it will have to receive the re-routed calls.
