Manage component parameters

The following table lists Nubitalk's component parameters. Some of these parameters may be relevant depending on your own system architecture and its possible integration with third-party systems.

On the Phone numbers page, you can:

 

Component parameters list

The Component parameters window shows a list of component parameters, along with the selected information about them:

The information available is:

Application  -  The application the component parameter impacts.
Expression  -  The component parameter's identification.
Units  -  The component parameter's value type possible.
Tip: Click on a component parameter, from the list, to see the defined value on the right side of the screen. Click here to see the Component Parameters list.

 

On the Component parameters homepage you can filter the information displayed:

  • Click on Users_filter.png.
  • Click on Application on the drop-down menu.
  • On Application, click on Users_filtericon.png.
  • Select the category from the drop-down menu.
Note: Click on Users_filternot.png to delete the filter.

 
There are parameters for the following components:

Application Description
Global Apply to interaction sorting algorithms, and screen recording.
BaseService  
NotifierService  
TimerService  
Agent Apply mainly to the OneAgentWeb application and third-party systems (like OneConnect for Siebel) that integrate with it.
Supervisor Apply to supervisor users and their permissions in the Nubitalk system.
RouterService Apply to the distribution of interactions.
IMGateway  
ScriptEngine Apply to scripts running in Nubitalk.
ServerManager Apply to sessions, monitoring, provisioning and services management.
CallControl Apply to SIP operations and telephony traffic.
StatisticsService Apply to statistical tracking, monitoring and archiving.
Script  
OneAgentUpdater Apply to the automatic updates feature of the OneAgentWeb application.
OneSiebelConnectUpdater Apply to the location of script assemblies and configuration files of the Siebel application.
ListManagement Apply to contact management.
ListManagementWebService

Component parameters configuration

On the Component parameter value card:

  • Click on User_profile_edit.png to open the Component parameter value configuration pop-up window.
  • Select the desired value.
  • Click SAVE to apply changes and close the pop-up window.
