Managing reporting

Reporting allows you to access several reports and access information concerning the contact Center activity.


The Reporting window shows a list of reports, along with their description:


Note: The standard reports must be deployed via OneAdmin:
  • On OneAdmin, click on Instances.
  • Select the desired instance.
  • Suspend the instance.
  • Go to Reporting.
  • Click on Deploy databases to check the Deploy databases checkbox.
  • Click Finish to apply.
  • Boot the instance.


On the Reporting homepage you can:


To access a report:

  • Click on the desired report.
  • The report opens on another tab:
  • On the report tab:
    • Insert the desired parameters.
      Note: Every field must be field as they are all required.
    • Click VIEW REPORT to proceed.

To upload a user report:

  • Click on UPLOAD REPORT.
  • A pop-up window appears.
  • Select the desired report to upload, by dragging the file into the pop-up window or by browsing the files.
  • Click UPLOAD to proceed.

To refresh the information displayed:

  • Click on Users_REFRESH.png.


To filter the information displayed:

  • Click on Users_filter.png.
  • Select a category from the drop-down menu.
  • On the selected category, click on Users_filtericon.png.
  • Select the desired itens.
Note: Click on Users_filternot.png to delete the filter.


To delete a user report:

  • Select the report by clicking on the row's checkbox.
  • On the top right-side of the screen, click on Users_delete.png to delete the report(s).
  • Click on Users_actions.png on the report's row.
  • Click on Delete from the drop-down menu.
Note: Only user reports can be deleted.
